Order Processing and Delivery
On average all orders are processed and delivered in 7 to 14 business days.  This does not include Saturday and Sunday.  Orders are only processed on Monday - Friday.

Shipping
We ship via UPS or USPS depending on weight of package.  Shipping method is at our option.  All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records.  Normal shipping time can vary between 7-14 days.  If you have a question on your packages shipment, contact our customer service department.

At this time we ship only the US 
International orders are not accepted.

Returns
All returns must have an RA# issued by our customer service department.  All returned packages must have the RA# clearly printed on the package.  Returns must be sent freight pre-paid or they will be refused. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable. Defective products must be returned to us in original packaging with all accessories.  Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.  Returned items will be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.  If item is returned for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an item of equal value, if need is for an item of higher value, payment must accompany returned item.  If you have any questions on these policies, please contact our customer service department, 888-292-4401.
